For Customers
Is the service free for customers?
Yes! Submitting a service request or product inquiry is completely free. There are no hidden charges. You simply submit your request, and verified providers will contact you with quotes.
How quickly will I get a response?
Most providers respond within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. For urgent requests, providers in your area are notified immediately via SMS and email.
Am I obligated to hire a provider?
No. You're free to compare quotes and choose the provider that best fits your needs and budget. There's no obligation to hire anyone.
How do I know the providers are reliable?
All service providers and stores on our platform go through a verification process. We check business registrations, customer reviews, and service history. Look for the 'Verified' badge on provider profiles.
What areas do you cover?
We currently cover all 16 cities and the municipality of Pateros in Metro Manila, including Manila, Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Marikina, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, San Juan, and Valenzuela.

How do I list my business?
Click 'Register Your Business' or 'Register Your Store' on our homepage. Fill out the registration form with your business details, and our team will verify your listing within 24-48 hours.
How much does it cost to receive leads?
New businesses get a 1-month free trial with unlimited leads! After that, we offer credit-based plans: Starter (₱299 for 20 leads), Growth (₱999 for 100 leads), and Premium (₱2,499 for 300 leads). Credits never expire. There are no monthly fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya (PayMaya), credit cards, and debit cards through PayMongo, a trusted Philippine payment processor.
Can I choose which leads to receive?
Leads are matched based on your service type/store category and city. Premium plan members receive exclusive leads (1:1), while other plans use shared leads where multiple providers may receive the same lead.
How do I manage my leads?
Log in to your Business Dashboard to view all your leads, customer contact information, and lead status. You'll also receive instant notifications via email and SMS when new leads arrive.

We cover home services (plumbing, electrical, aircon repair, pest control, roofing, home cleaning), health (dentists), automotive (car repair), technology (computer repair), logistics (movers), and local stores (hardware, construction supply, electrical supply, auto parts, and more).
Will you expand to other cities?
Yes! We plan to expand to Cebu, Davao, Laguna, Cavite, and Bulacan in the near future. Sign up for updates to be notified when we launch in your area.
